How Does This Work?

We are a pharmacy broker, which means that we bring together the services of several online pharmacies together on our website to give your the convenience of being able to buy what you need online. The pharmacies we partner with come from the United States and other countries, although our customers are from all geographic regions. We always strive for 100 percent customer satisfaction.

What Happens After I Place My Order?

Once you enter your payment information into our system, we have to wait for approval from your credit card before we can ship your order. After we receive it, your order will be sent within the next five business days. You will receive an email with a tracking number and the name of your shipping carrier after your order has been sent. With the tracking number, you can log on to the carrier’s website at any time to determine the present location of your order. Please allow approximately two weeks for delivery. If your order still has not arrived after 30 days, we will re-send it at our own expense.

How Do You Keep My Financial Information Safe?

As soon as you enter your credit card information, it gets transmitted to your issuer and the numbers are not visible on our screen. The data remains encrypted so that no one else can read your name, credit card number or expiration date. We are able to do this with the use of 128-bit security technology. We also regularly monitor our website for hackers and take proactive measures to prevent unauthorized use of our customer’s information. We use a program called Hacker Safe to help us do that.

Why Don’t You Have the Drug I Need?

Chances are, we do have it but have chosen not to list it on our website. We tend to highlight only the drugs that get ordered the most often, although we carry dozens of drugs to treat all types of ailments. If you don’t see what you need, please send us an email to inquire if we carry the product. If we don’t, we may be able to refer you to another pharmacy that does carry it. We will gladly sell you the medication if we do have it in stock, or we will let you know when we plan to receive it if the item is currently backordered.
